We are committed to maintaining a culture of Zero Harm based on guiding elements of our Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System. Management, at every level, is responsible and accountable for: 

1. Integrating EHS into project management processes while committing to regular improvements of the EHS management system and EHS performance.

2. Considering career development at the individual level based on EHS performance.

3. Fulfilling compliance obligations and requirements from interested parties.

4. Ensuring that our services and processes (including outsourced) are controlled or influenced during its entire life cycle stage as appropriate.

5. Environment protection & prevention of pollution and implementing measures to reduce the carbon footprint.

6. Integrating every aspect in achieving & reviewing the EHS objectives and implementing sustainable corrective and preventive measures.

7. Ensuring competent employees, suppliers and contractors are deployed to do the job safely and are periodically evaluated to monitor EHS Performance.

8. Developing & implementing sustainable Health Management Systems as per Global standards. Every Elexana employee, supplier & contractor is expected to comply with (A.) “Safety Guidelines” and actively participate in recognizing and mitigating EHS risks & opportunities at the workplace. (B.) Adhere to safe work practices and Elexana’s EHS requirements.
