The ELEXANA Conduct Policy
1. Persons employed by or representing Elexana will conduct themselves with the highest standards of professionalism to include kindness, thoughtfulness, mindfulness, good manners, consideration, politeness, respect, and compassion to all persons regardless of race, religion, creed, perceived status, sexual gender, age, political affiliation, or physical condition. They will adhere to Elexana’s mission statement at all times.
2. Persons employed by or representing Elexana will serve and make choices that better the client’s and project's benefit, needs, and requirements, not one’s own or personal benefit.
3. The dress code for greeting a client is to wear a clean and pressed shirt, slacks, pants, and cleaned and polished shoes, with shoe covers where appropriate, and to maintain proper hygiene. Workers will wear the appropriate ANSI-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all job sites, including residential sites. This PPE includes an ANSI-approved safety helmet, steel-toe or composite safety shoes, safety reflective vest, eye and ear protection, electrical safety gloves, and shielded aprons, face shields, and other safety gear while at proximity to an opened high-voltage panel or other HV equipment, etc.
4. Persons employed by or representing Elexana will never smoke cigarettes or other tobacco, vape, consume intoxicants, or engage in horse-play while at or on a client’s property. All will follow and adhere to OSHA safety standards and protocols.
5. Persons employed by or representing Elexana will report to the project leader as required. If they do not have cellphone reception, they will move outdoors to acquire improved reception, request to use the client’s WiFi, or send an email on their personal or work computer as soon as possible, responding promptly to the project leader’s requirements.
6. Persons employed by or representing Elexana will arrive at a job site at least ten (10) minutes before the appointment time, arriving in a clean automobile when one is required. Before their first on-site job, they must submit a photocopy of their driver's license, auto insurance card, and the policy to Elexana.
7. Persons employed by or representing Elexana will wear any safety equipment required by the client other than what Elexana requires. They will also follow any directions needed from the client, such as adhering to quiet zones and wireless-free zones, wearing face masks, hair nets or head covers, hospital gear, electrostatic shoe covers, etc.
8. All companies functioning as a third-party serving Elexana will present a General Liability and a Professional Liability Certificate of Insurance for each job.
9. If any persons employed by or representing Elexana experience inappropriate behavior, contact, communication, or feel unsafe or in danger, they will immediately step back, politely dismiss themselves from the room or outdoor space, and contact the project leader immediately.
10. Any persons employed by or representing Elexana will leave the job site property within fifteen (15) minutes of exiting the main building.
