Architected one of the industry’s best claims management systems using Visual Studios/C++/SQL, a key
factor in York’s success in attracting and retaining clients and reaching the #3 position in a competitive market.
Led succession planning for the IT group, including career path development for key staff and multiple software
development teams. Attained zero voluntary loss of key IT talent during tenure, saving York from punishing
turnover costs.
Drove change, fostered an innovation culture, and shaped a fast and flexible global IT organization.
Established hybrid cloud network, telecom systems, enterprise software, help desk, and systems training.
Strengthened executive decision-making through improved visibility into business processes and outcomes by
developing metrics, KPI dashboards, Data Warehousing, and other superior business intelligence tools.
Reduced costs by instituting centralized service centers, offshore operations, and a paperless environment.
