 Slashed overhead costs by 20% by optimizing, integrating, and refining IT operations as well as successfully

negotiating pricing and vendor fees, enabling York to experience rapid acquisitive and organic growth.

 Planned and delivered technology and processes that ensured that York met its goals. This included CPI,

cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise software, business intelligence, technical training, project & portfolio

management, and IT auditing.

 Enabled tremendous growth from $5M to $600M during tenure by providing strategic leadership for

technology solutions aligned with business priorities.

 Facilitated M& A expansion providing York with rapid ROI by successfully integrating the technology systems

of twelve acquisitions ranging from $1M to $140M.

 Directed a $20M IT operating budget, a 100-member IT organization with six direct reports, as well as

relationships with vendors and business partners, supporting 2,500 employees in 90+ offices.

 Architected one of the industry’s best claims management systems using Visual Studios/C++/SQL, a key

factor in York’s success in attracting and retaining clients and reaching the #3 position in a competitive market.

 Led succession planning for the IT group, including career path development for key staff and multiple software

development teams. Attained zero voluntary loss of key IT talent during tenure, saving York from punishing

turnover costs.

 Drove change, fostered an innovation culture, and shaped a fast and flexible global IT organization.

Established hybrid cloud network, telecom systems, enterprise software, help desk, and systems training.

 Strengthened executive decision-making through improved visibility into business processes and outcomes by

developing metrics, KPI dashboards, Data Warehousing, and other superior business intelligence tools.

 Reduced costs by instituting centralized service centers, offshore operations, and a paperless environment.
